Chaos in your head should take the form of order more often.

A freewriting technique can help you see all the problems that bother you in a certain period of time. Just start writing and let your thoughts flow freely until you’re done. Then, you should go back and read through the material. This will identify any weak points in your argument. Once you do, try to close these points with possible solutions.
